Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit will include a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and consultation in a welcoming, compassionate environment. We will help you understand your specific type of hearing loss and work with you to break down barriers of cost and vanity to find a custom care-driven solution.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes! We believe high-quality hearing health should be accessible to our entire community. We offer pay-over-time options, including 0% APR financing with no hard credit checks. We can also verify your insurance coverage during your visit.
Do you need an appointment scheduled for a specific brand (like Phonak, Oticon, or Starkey)?
Yes! As an independent practice, we are not locked into a single manufacturer. We supply, fit, program, and maintain all major leading brands—including Phonak, Oticon, Starkey, ReSound, Signia, and Widex. You can schedule an appointment specifically for a preferred brand or let our team give you unbiased recommendations based on your hearing profile and lifestyle.
Can you repair or adjust hearing aids I already own?
Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance, custom fittings, and adjustments to ensure your current devices are giving you the best possible clarity and comfort.
What if I have trouble traveling to your clinic?
We understand that mobility or transportation can sometimes be a hurdle. That is why we proudly offer At-Home and On-Site Services to ensure you get the expert hearing care you need right where you are.
How do you ensure my hearing aids are accurately fitted to my specific hearing loss?
We use Real-Ear Measurements (REM) along with speech-recognition testing and tympanometry. Real-Ear Measurement measures how your specific ear canal processes sound, allowing us to calibrate your hearing aid output precisely to your unique prescription.
